recently, I hired them to fix my leaking roof. They came and did something on my roof and collect my money. In the invoice, they mentioned there would a one-year warranty. Two days later, it rained. I found the roof leaks as usual. Apparently their work didn't fix anything. Probably, they didn't even locate the leak. I called them. They did not answer. I left a message, they did not respond. I guessed they have my phone number and intentionally do not want to take my call. I used another phone and called again. This time they answered and promised they would come back the next day. I took one day off that day at home waiting for their come. They did not show up and did not give me any call. I called them again. After many tries, they answered one of my calls and made another promise. Now four days passed they never showed up and never called me back. Nobody answers my phone call and responds to my messages now.



I am planning to find some legal service to do something.



Never use this company again.

He came and put on a new roof (and was there one time and got the job done), but a few weeks later, with the first substantial rainfall, the roof started leaking. We tried to get him to come out, and he missed two appointments. Then, we tried to call and the number had been "temporarily disconnected." Since he put a brand new roof on, it shouldn't be leaking, and if it does, he should fix it. We definitely would not recommened this service. Now, we're going to have to poay someone else to come out and fix a three week old roof.
