Dr Donelson is great- the new GI Associates that has "bought out" her office is one of the most unprofessional groups I have ever dealt with. As a medical professional myself-"I have been a dentist in private practice for 33 years" I will say that the level of service is very low. They appear to be understaffed. Their communication with the patient is terrible. They do not answer their phones. This is very frustrating when dealing with a biopsy situation. I would recommend that anyone seeking the services of a GI at least revisit this office in a year (2016) when hopefully they will have their "act together"- Ruth Morgan DDS
