Provided by YP.comSteer far away from Total Heating. I called for service on a unit that this company put in and the man that answered the phone was as rude as a person could be. The new unit I purchased broke down and he tried to make excuses in a rude way. He definitely needs customer service skills because I think he is the only one that answers the phone.
