My prescription for a common antibiotic was not ready four hours after it was sent in by the doctors office. If that wasn't bad enough, the head pharmacy lady/manager brought me the wrong medication intended and labeled for someone else! This was after I had spelled my first and last name three times and given my birthdate to another person at the drive-up window. The names were not even similar! The only reason it was caught before it was given to me is because I asked about getting liquid antibiotics for an adult and I questioned her when she called me by the wrong name. They only have one drive-up window and I had been there for 10 minutes waiting for them to finish filling my script. When I mentioned the mix up, I told her it wasn't safe and all she had to was "no, it's not". Check your prescription before you leave the window!
