Larry’s RV service dept.-Horrible ! Called for Estimate for insurance claim, Was told to bring camper in for inspection & estimate Tuesday (8-30-16). Called Friday morning (9-2-16 ) was told “maybe we’ll get around to it this afternoon”. Waited for a call, nothing. Went in Wednesday morning (9-7-16) was told the repair guy wasn’t in yet but as soon as he gets in they will get an inspection & estimate. Was very unhappy, told them no, I ‘m here to pick up the camper. Service manager was unprofessional and rude. His attitude projected our business was not important to them. His statement “WHAT EVER MAKES YOU HAPPY” prompted me to take our business elsewhere.
