I have been with them since they first opened many years ago. Since that time, ownership has changed approximately three times. This last group of guys, Eliot, Austin & the rest of the crew, are honest, & very knowledgeable about computers & computer software. They TAKE THE TIME to explain whatever issues you may have, or explain how things work, without making you feel like you are a burden, and I have even taken quite a bit of their time due to my middle-aged computer illiterate ?'s. If you have any problems, they are readily available to dissolve them. Sadly, many comp.'s make you few horrible if you have an issue, but these guys do just the opposite by encouraging to ask questions, so you don't go away more confused. Overall, I congratulate the management team for hiring the group they have, since these front counter/repairman were hand-picked by the owner/s. Good-job to all you guys!!! Keep up the great work, & your loyalty to the company, as I will continue with mine for you.
