When I had a issue with my laptop and luckily had paid for a 5 year warranty with Best Buy that was not expensive and well worth it.
Turned out I had a virus that they were able to get rid of, and updated with the latest software and all the stuff I had on it. !!!!!

Went in to look at phones
Was told if we wnt through sprint our bill would be 120.00 a month.
We would also get a 200.00 bill credit.
Got our 1st bill and it was 250.00 plus
We didn't get the bill credit. I had to fo up their 4 times cause the department management wouldn't return phone calls.
Finally after saying I was going to return all the stuff and all the problems rhey pushed the bill credit through. But our monthly bill isn't 120.00 it's 165.00
Department manger lied so he could get the sale! Once you buy they got you for 2 years. So do yourself a favor and go right to sprint.
Best buy you are a joke and should be ashamed

Buy from Best Buy at your own risk. After 15 days they will not return item EVEN IF IT DOES NOT WORK. Bought a notebk which locks up contiually. At 3 months old BB will 'ck it out' for $70, but does not incl fix it at that price. Their statement was 'we don't make them'. Ck out all the not so 'happy' customers online. Buyer bware w BB.
