Looking to start a family tradition, we took our five month old here recently for her and our first family skate. After paying to get in and getting a locker to store our things, we laced up and hit the floor.

After one loop around (in the slow lane of course!), we were told that we couldn't take our child on the floor in her stroller. We found this odd since we'd seen strollers at another skate rink recently (in Marshall near the casino). Management gave us the owners business card and we tried contacting him to clarify things....he never bothered responding to his voicemail that evening or since. We weren't even offered a refund (its not about the money...its simply good business practice which clearly is lacking).

There are no signs saying strollers aren't allowed (we checked again to be sure)

We weren't offered a refund despite being told we couldn't skate as a family

We're taking our business to Holt and/or Marshall. What a shame.

went to have a session of skating after being let in and getting skates the session was already 50 minutes in. after skating for approximately 30 minutes, I was informed due to insurance regulations I was not allowed to turn and skate to me as an adult over half the fun is trying to recapture your youth and try and do some of the things that you once could do before .it is a beginner rink at best and if you have prior experience you probably do not want to go here to practice anything old or new.

Nice place to go, I did break my ankle there but was well worth it. My kids learned a lot from there.
