Horrible management, adds up to the neighborhood, a third-world country Touch and living experience.
They should be investigated and how they manage money too.
They have a webpage to show how is to live there. The management just collects rent/maintenance and does not care about the building.
Possible collapse facade as in the Bronx. No money was invested in the building after asking for Loans
