I'd give less stars of possible. My orders always wrong. I have called and complained so many times. I order tx size fries I confirm my order multiple times restating tx size and 90% of the time I get small yet charged for a tx size. At this point I seriously think they do it to get the money. There's no excuses. I was once offer free cone coupon for the mix up. Like yes I want a free 1.50 ice cream when I was cheated out of way more than that. Especially when you order 4 or more fries for my big family. They need shut down for fraud or something. The manager personally told me it's a common issue. How much have they cheated from customers. By the time they pick up thier food get home get kids cleaned up and sit down to eat they don't want to go back and "exchange" fot the correct size. The gas for one and you get the fries and the rest of the food cold yummy!

Every time I try to call in an order y'all NEVER answer the phone.

I would never come to this dairy queen. It is dirty, the staff (at night) will not take your order through the drive thru, When I got to order my order was totally wrong and it took 27 min to get a burger and fries. The johns are disgusting.
