THIEFS & A RIPP OFF!

Charged my elderly mother $170.00 for a thermostat that costs $25
plus $60.00 just to come out to her house. So the bill was $230.00.
I dont believe this charge is justified for a thermostat and 5 minutes
of service. They took advantage of an old lady! They have a
"Buyers Right to Cancel" Policy on there invoice that gives you the
consumer the right to cancel the transaction up to 3 days after work
is done! Biagio the manager doesnt honor this right! AVOID THIS SCAMMER!

I can't say enough about how prompt and professional this company is. In particular, Ted Steinbrecher, our Comfort Adviser, has worked with us now on two occasions. I can't say enough about Ted's warm demeanor, his willingness to work with our needs and parameters, and really extended himself to to help us get the best system at his best price. Our Comfort Specialist, Rob A., was beyond helpful and very knowledgable. I was very impressed by the follow-up phone call I received from him to ensure I had a follow-up phone call for a Comfort Advisor to come out. We are sold on ARS for our home heating/cooling/plumbing needs! Give them a call!!

Beware of these guys. They would not give an estimate to rod out the sewer pipe over the phone. They charged me $99.95 just to show up and look. Then he hits me with an estimate of $525.95. I had no choice bu to have the work done and they knew it. It was late and I needed my water. He was here for about 40 minutes and the work was done properly but I feel I was ripped off big time.

This was the first time, I used ARS, and was a little uneasy, at first. But Scott, seemed to be very knowledgeable, and very courteous! I would definitely recommend him again!

Have used ARS for a year now. Always responsive and courteous from their call center to the service people. James P was my most recent service rep who came out for my furnace start of season tune up, he is professional, knowledgable and friendly. Very happy with service.

Wow! This was my second service visit from ARS, and I was even more impressed this time. Scott W is the best representative a company could hope for - professional, efficient, thorough and personable. I rarely write reviews, but in this case both ARS and Scott deserve it.

I'm always a bit shocked by what service costs, and I don't know if ARS prices are higher or lower than normal so I can't really comment on that too much. Either way, I'm convinced the job was done well and I consider that a bargain.

Eric S. was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He took the time to explain everything he found and did, as well as offer options to save on future service, as well as this service call. He came out for a non functioning air conditioner, and was able to squeeze in a furnace check also. A pleasure to deal with!

Jimmy D. was great. He was timely,friendly, knowledgeable, informative and thorough.

He discussed company service programs but wasn't aggressive about them, which I like. Any minor issues that he found didn't automatically become critical so he could try to pad the repair bill. He seemed honest and straight-forward. If he is representative of the rest of the staff at ARS, you can't go wrong with this company.

Nate J is awesum! He came out within 4 hours after I called, diagnosed the problem, ran and got the part, and my furnace was up and running in no time! He showed me the defective part and how he determined it. Very professional, courteous, and a real sharp guy. Would highly recomment Nate J anytime! Great service!

wE HAVE BEEN USING ARS RESCUE ROOTER FOR SEVERAL YEARS. THE TECHS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES WHEN THEY ARE DONE. THE TECH WE HAD ON 10-7-12 WAS NATE C. AND HE WAS EXCELLENT AND THAT WHAT KEEPS US COMING BACK TO ARS. HE IS AN ASSET TO THE ARS TEAM. THESE DAYS IT IS VERY HARD TO FIND EMPLOYEES THAT CARE ABOUT THEIR JOB AND THE CUSTOMER. KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB. MR AND MRS. RACE.
