Provided by YP.comPurchased a heating/air conditioning unit from them. Just before the warranty expired, we had them come to do a general service call to clean and tune up the unit. The entire system hasn't worked right since. When we called to schedule a service to repair the non-existant air conditioner, the response was "we'll call you back within the hour". Five phone calls later, no return phone call was made. We will be certain to tell those we know about the poor service they provide.
