I love this gym because it's open 24/7 with keycard controlled access. I workout late at night and I love the fact that it is safe, secure, and has all brand new state-of-the-art equipment. Their staff and personal trainers are very helpful and friendly as well. They run boot camps and also have personal training available. I get the best of both worlds because it's close to where I live, open 24/7, personal training and boot camps, and it's not crowded like 24 hr and Golds gym. I I I definately recommend it!
