They were so polite and generous . It's a small business place but it's great . The employees were very helpful and nice , they answered most of my questions and made me feel confident on the choice of eye glasses I chose . From my experience , i think it went pretty well :)

This place is far the worst I have ever been to! The guy that works their, Luis, does not know anything as far as insurance goes. He told me my insurance was expired and that I was not active with them. So I left, to top it off, the doctor comes to take a payment and takes another person in front of me when she just arrived. Like, what kind of service is that? Then, kept me waiting for almost 2 hours just for him to tell me i wasn't active. He tried rescheduling me, definitely glad I didn't reschedule with with the service I got..... McDonald's gives better service than this place! I do not recommend it to anyone!!!!!
