I dropped off a pair shoes and when I picked them up they were very scratched up. I brought it to their attention and they completely deny that they did it or even that there was a possibility that they could've done it. I know for sure that the shoes were not scratched up when I brought them in as I have only worn them one time. They did not even offer any assistance or apology. I told them I would not be back and all they said was "whatever." Unbelievable. Terrible service seeing as how I have been a repeat customer.

They destroyed my vintage velvet dress as measured in my photo proof by a foot-long ruler - yet refused to refund me even for the price of their service - I wasn't even asking for the cost of the cocktail dress even though they permanently ruined it! Their absolutely horrible customer service forced me to file a fraud claim with Bank of America. The owner was completely rude and refused to even acknowledge the defective garment they had given me even though I was standing there with the dress and receipt in hand, still in the original plastic & on the hangar they had given it to me with. She even accused me of steam ironing it myself when I don't even own an iron! I discovered this horrible job the very evening I originally paid them. Absolutely ridiculous the way they try to rip you off - definitely do not go to this place! This was the first - AND LAST - time I will ever visit Rose Tailor & Shoe Repair in Irving, TX.
