Founded in 1996, P.F. Chang's China Bistro owns and operates two restaurant concepts in the Asian niche that include P.F. Chang's China Bistro, a full-service upscale casual dining restaurant, and Pei Wei Asian Diner, a quick-casual, limited-service restaurant. P.F. Chang's menu features traditional Chinese offerings and dishes that illustrate the emerging influence of Southeast Asia on modern Chinese cuisine. Working in dramatic exhibition kitchens, the company s chefs use Mandarin-style wok cooking techniques to prepare menu items. Pei Wei serves classic Asian favorites that are cooked to order using contemporary recipes. Chang s China Bistro is headquartered in Scottsdale, Ariz., and operates more than more than 130 P.F. Chang China Bistro restaurants and nearly 80 Pei Wei Asian Diner restaurants.
