My husband and I have been using them as our primary FI for many years. We finance our vehicles through them due to the staff making it super easy to apply as well as helping us through the buying process. The mobile app rocks but if you need to go into the branch the staff is super friendly and helpful. Mobility CU is a great place to bank!

I just opened a CD. They have the best rates in TX. I had a very good experience and the staff was very helpful.

I never ever write reviews, TERRIBLE BANK,TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLE HELPING SKILLS, don't bother with loans wont give you one, don't ding your credit for these idiots

I agree 100%. I have been a member of this Credit Union since early 80's when it was the IBM Federal Credit Union. I no longer open CD's with them because they refused to stop automatic roll-overs when the CD matured even after indicating many times a new CD was flagged to not roll-over. Have a string of other issues and am still a member only out of convenience for the related job. Changes from IBM FCU, to YouR Community Credit Union to now Mobility CU has failed to correct the one key aspect of poor customer service (slow and in attentive to details) at their main office. With no on in the lobby it can take 5-10 minutes to complete a simple deposit transaction and not that they no longer have drive up tellers, use tv screens to the inside walkup tellers handle, you can be the only person in the driveup bay area and wait some 10 minutes to completed a simple deposit. Branches have been better but the main office tends to be a bad experience. Bottom line is I have pulled all my business away from this Credit Union except what I need for handing some base cash transactions for work.

Any time you open a CD with this bank and its time to close it out they will make it near to impossible to do so. I've had a CD account there since I was 16 and I have tried to close it out multiple times and EVERY time they give me some excuse as to why it is not up yet and if I close it out now then I will lose all my interest. I have been fighting this battle for over 10 years, and every time I have given in to them and rolled it over or just went along with it and let them do it. Not this time, I refuse to back down. They have caused so much financial, emotional, and mental stress to myself and my family and I am tired of it. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with at a bank. I'm sure I am not the only person they have done this to. They are trying to force me into just either go along with what they are saying and wait another YEAR or to just take my penalities and lose money. So either way they come out the winners, because when that next year is up they will just do it again. I do not recommend this bank what so ever. they don't even deserve the one star you have to give to write this review.
