Every time I go to this restaurant, they have to remake my order. When I call them to let them know that they have messed up the order, they huff and puff. I don't get anything major and they always mess it up. I love free stuff....so keep messing up.... The customer service is so poor. They need to hire people that can understand what is being ordered.

This store has the WORST customer service that I've EVER encountered.....All the way from the cashier to the manager....Was left waiting in line for well over 7 minutes without even so much as a "Thank you for waiting" or a "We'll be right with you" - - When I addressed this issue to the manager she became very defensive and then it was excuse after excuse after excuse....In all that time she never once said that she was sorry either. I had to ask her name FOUR times before she finally gave it to me....She just kept telling me "We don't need your business here so have a good day." I work in customer service so I know what it looks like, feels like, and tastes like.....NOBODY in this store has even the slightest clue as to what customer service is or should be.....I urge everyone who reads this post to please do yourself a huge favor and pick another restaurant in the vicinity.....You'll thank me later.
