I've been using Jim's travel for several years and they are fantastic to work with. I wouldn't consider using anybody else for my travel arrangements. The staff and Jim's travel are always helpful and very informative about the nuances of travel. I've worked with Harry, Jim and Terry and they are all great and extremely helpful.

I have used Jim's Travel for some time now for both business and personal travel. Their focus on quality customer service is superior to anything you will even get close to on line! They are always working to insure I get the most cost effective airfare, hotel accommodations and rental car service available. They are also extremely flexible and friendly folks. I view them as my guardian travel angels because they are always monitoring my trip when I travel and are steps ahead if disruptions occur (alternate flights, overnight accommodations, last minute business travel changes). Jim Grey and Thomas Polite are so friendly and accommodating, I feel like I'm talking with family when I dial their number. All the staff are just down right nice to work with!

For well over a decade, Harry, Terry, Judy and Jim have made corporate and personal travel a breeze. From same day domestic turnarounds, to multi-country international trips, to vacation getaways..... they deliver! The team consistently demonstrates unmatched industry knowledge and access with a focus on quality and personal service.

I have used Judy Martinez on numerous occasions and she always takes care of me better than I deserve to be. She carefully plans the trips beforehand , monitors them during and reviews them afterwards. I really enjoy working with Judy.

I would save my time, money, and frustration and go to kayak.com. The person I dealt with in this office does not know what they are doing, and the owner is very rude and arrogant. After getting frustrated, I said screw it, and went to kayak.com and made my arrangements there for my trip to the Bahamas in an hour and way much cheaper. What took me an hour took them days.

We were coordinating an overseas trip with several family members in different states. Carlson told us they could get us a better rate than what we had found through another agency and online because, supposedly, Carlson had access to group pricing with a large carrier.

Well, despite their claims, they couldn't get done. They stalled us by booking partial flights and claiming to work on the rest of the trip. They stalled more by saying they had booked us tickets and then a few days later saying those flights didn't work out.

Finally, about 3 weeks in and a month before our departure date, they finally provided us with a full itinerary and a price that was a lot MORE than the price they had said they could beat.

That night we went to www.kayak.com and coordinated our own flights and bought our own tickets WAY CHEAPER than what Carlson tried to charge us. The stalling tactic almost worked, though, as a couple of flights had only a few seats left. If we'd waited another day or so, likely we'd have been STUCK with taking what Carlson offered.

Carlson, take note: unethical/incompetent business practices like that prompt ratings and reviews like this.
