This company is horrid!!!!! The flowers I received were absolutely unacceptable. No one pays 85$ for 6 pathetic 4inch roses in a $.99 cup. Seriously NEVER EVER EVER ORDER from Teleflora (who contracted our order thru them) or this place. Thank you for ruining my Valentines day you idiots. We had better get our money back ASAP.

I HAVE NO RESPECT FOR FTD FOR CONTINUING TO PERMIT COMMUNITY FLORIST AS AN AFFILIATE AND DOING NOTHING ABOUT THESE PROBLEMS. I COMPLAINED TO FTD AND GOT SILENCE. SHAME ON FTD.

2/14/2012- I was the receiving end of some very poor service having beeen told in write and by voice to expect delivery by 4pm. I was upset my order was not delivered at all promised. Numerous telephone calls left on their voicemail. The staff nerver returned my calls to provide me with an update of my delivery. I will not recommend or use Community Florist Irving, TX again.I was appalled at such behavior from this business. Very poor customer services...My Valentine's Day surprise has been a big letdown by this florist!!

Often baskets contain a lot of things that a person might not want, this basket contained a generous offering of fruits, cheese, gift for her cat (extra special), cookies - and other things. She said everything was very fresh and of the best quality.I've ordered from Community Florist before this time also, and have always been very pleased with the items.
