Staff in front is extremely rude. I’ve been a patient for several years and this Stormy person is ridiculous. The staff use to look more presentable and be a lot more friendly.

The office staff were helpful and friendly. Dr. Patel explains everything in a way you can understand. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your service. We recommend this practice to everyone in the area.

Great experience always. Friendly environment. Answered all the questions I needed answered. They do great work.

The front staff is rude. Dr. Patel found two cavities and two chipped teeth in the very back of my mouth. He insisted he put crowns on each one of them at $745 a piece. I asked him if he could just put fillings where there are cavities and leave the back teeth alone, they weren't bothering me. He told me if he couldn't do all the work he recommended I should go somewhere else. He also charged my insurance company for a panoramic x-ray that he himself said was unreadable and he should have done it over (which he didn't). This man is a rip off. I don't recommend him at all unless you have money to blow.

Dr. Patel, though young, is a dentist with fantastic technique and great chair-side manner. I needed a number of fillings, with one needing quite a bit of tooth removal, yet each and every filling was completely painless while the procedures were being done, after the numbing medication wore off, and more than a week later-- not one issue. Dr. Patel explained every step of the process, and answered questions I had about the tools he used, and most importantly he spent extra time making sure the restorations were shaped and polished smoothly. The office staff is friendly and easy to work with on appointments and payment options, and they schedule their appointments so you aren't wasting time in the waiting room; a big plus mentioned by other reviewers and a point I can verify with all three of my appointments. My experience with dentists have been mostly with older dentists and yet Dr. Patel has the skills and professionalism comparable to those more experience dentists. Must be that Baylor education!

I have been so impressed with Dr. Patel and his entire staff since we started going to Active Dental several years ago. He has handled every family manner with the utmost care and professionalism. What a find! I have never felt more assured and confident in a Dentist and his staff before!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Patel for over 3 years. He and his staff are very professional, prompt and friendly. They are attentive and thorough; taking their time in explaining procedures, benefits and home dental care. I will not go anywhere else for my dental health care.

I have had anxiety about dentists for as long as I can remember. Macy, my hygenist was extremely gentle and explained all the steps of the procedures. Dr. Patel also took the time to sit and answer any questions I had regarding my dental health. Having the ability to watch tv or movies whole they did the procedure really allowed me to calm myself down and relax. Once finished, Mikayla at the front desk made checkout a smooth and pleasant experience. Overall I would DEFINITELY recommend Active Dental!
