If you love your kids, don't use this place. I have four kids and have used Waterworks for about five years. Except for their high turnover of staff and the obnoxious music they play too loudly on their speakers, I thought they ran a good facility. That was up until a recent incident: Our youngest (three years old) was in a lesson with one of their teachers and there was a break in that loud music. My wife overheard the teacher telling our three year old, "If you don't stop crying, your Mommy will leave you". We could NOT believe it!!! We immediately complained to management and they promised that they would fire the instructor. We have waited three weeks for this to happen, and it did not. They chose instead to give her a reprimand. This was unacceptable - this person should simply not be working with children. As a result, I'm posting this to advise you that this happened and to suggest you go elsewhere for your kids' swim lessons.

Irvine Waterworks Swim School

My 6 year old daughter has received swim tuition at Waterworks for the past 8 months. Her swimming improvement has been excellent.

Instructors are professional, skilled and self motivated to provide the best experience possible. Administrative staff are polite, capable and backed up with state of the art computer systems.

The facility is large, modern, clean, well planned and has a lot of amenities over and above the 4 swimming pools.

Waterworks hosts a monthly swim meet which is exceptionally well organized and executed. It accommodates swimmers from beginner to expert level. Ribbons and trophies are awarded to all swimmers who compete.

Thank you Waterworks for providing Orange County with this excellent facility.
