The previous owner of this dry cleaner company was much more customer service oriented.

I can't say much for the current owners except that they don't value their customers.

They damaged an area rug I brought in for general cleaning and the owner argued with me and would not take responsibility for their mistake. I would not recommend this dry cleaner to anyone.
