Provided by YP.comReps lie/mislead uneducated and not informed about their own products. Make Changes to your acct with out permission. 15+ phone lines were down for 3 consecutive weeks. Company financial reflected thousands of dollars in lost income. They would not release lines for porting to Back to Verizon. Telepacific installed 2 different types of phone system that were not compatible. Caused damage to our building. Nortel, IT and Verizon rep review their work/Installation and expressed, they have never seen this bad of workmanship. Everyday for 3 weeks at least 6hr a day on the phone with Telepacific Rep, Customer Service and Supervisor and never resolved or fixed the problem. We have been in business for over 20+ years and never experience a nightmare like this with any Vendor. We have been a Verizon customer for over 10+ years. We were billed for hundreds of dollars more than the contract we signed. Feel free to contact me and I will explain my experience with you.
