i also was ripped off by this company. yet now the phone has been disconnected...i found out they are doing buissness as vehicle prosessing center at 4521 campus dr. #389 irvine california,92612.. and they have a merchants account set up that may help to get your money back...hope this info helps some of you...for m i have filed a complaint with the states attorney generals office...i give this company a one star only because it is the lowest rating it will allow....

This company is a complete scam they won't pay to repair your car and if you cancel they wont send refund. I canceled my policy July 19th 2008 they sent me a letter saying it would take 10 weeks to process refund it has now been 17 weeks. Ryan in customer service will not return phone calls no one else will speak to me because Ryan is handling it. I think all of the employees are in on the scam. The letter I was sent says if I have any questions I can contact Customer Service Department and any representatives will be able to assist me. Sincerely Customer Service Department with know one's name attached to the letter. The 800 number attached to the letter for Customer Service will only ring and ring with no one ever answering it. I have to call the local number to get anywhere and then I still get nowhere. This company owes me a refund of $880.00. Do your research on this company don't make the same mistake I did.

I had a coverage plan with this want to be company. I had to cancel it due to a family emergancy. I could no longer afford the payments. I called to see how I could cancel my plan and receive a refund. The person I spoke to, bryan. Informed me that it would take 12 weeks to receive my money. 12 weeks came and went with nothing. I called him again. He gave me a specific date. That date also came and went. I called him again. He told me that worst case scenerio it would be another 2 weeks. I waited the 2 weeks. I understand that some times things take longer than expected so I waited another 2 weeks on top of that. Nothing..... I called again. He tells me that he doesn't know and as soon as the processing department can get to it. He also said that he would call me when he knew something more. I will never recomend this company to anyone. It has to be the most manipulative, monry scamming company around. If anyone wants an extended warrenty, DO NOT use this company. they are unreliable. I fully beleive that they have no itention of refunding my money.
