"very poor alteration quality and HORRIBLE customer service."



paid $20.70 for 7-for-all-mankind jeans alteration.

quality of the hemming was bad regardless of the price.

(stichings were crooked/uneven and one side of the pants was 3/4-inch longer than the other.) i called in and explained the situation but was told that i would have to pay another $20 to redo the pants...

what was really devastating/upsetting was the attitude from the store manager, antonio and his assistant, lucia.

the employees (antonio and lucia) here were not only unprofessional and irresponsible, but also very rude/hostile (probably by nature) and poorly trained in customer service.



i would NEVER recommend this place to my family and friends.

take it elswhere unless u want your clothes/day ruined.

* i have insane antonio (store manager) leaving a nasty voice-message on my cellphone that i would love to share but unfortunately, yelp does not yet accommodate any uploading...

I am local business owner who brought in a very close local friend of mine to see if they could tailor a suit. The name of gentlemen that "tried" to help me was Antonio. I asked him a very simple question if he personally does the tailoring or if he outsources the work. Obviously this question was asked very politely to assure he or anyone else would be putting their best foot forward in performing a high quality service. His response to this question was by telling me to take my f'ing business somewhere else and that he didn't have time for this.



I have never posted a comment about any business because I understand how important good publicity is. But hopefully someone will read this that can do something about Antonio because his location is losing business because of his lack of customer service.
