errible company. Rude, unprofessional, need a lesson in customer service protocol. Say they're a tow company but after my vehicle on into an accident they said they couldn't tow it 15 miles down the road because it was too far. The police called them to get the vehicle because it was totaled. I can tell they wanted to keep the vehicle and keep charging fee's until I gave up trying to get it back, so they can make money off it on their side. Total sham of a business
