Do not use this company. I called this company about 10 times since june 8th to try to get help repairing or installing a waterboiler. My current one was damaged and the service call would be completely covered by home owner's insurance. They were informed that whatever they needed to do would be covered and they have yet to respond or make any attempt to help. Because they are the only one in the area, I had to resort to having my insurance company contact them directly, and the insurance company also has made no headway. As a consumer that has a right to decent service, I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE.
