very bad and unprofessional Service.
On website it clearly say $99 to clean drain line.
Customer service Lady told me that it is $99
Service person starting arguing that this is not your property and that it is a rental and started asking me if I sleep in my house every night.
Very bad experiance.
Change the price to $270.
Called another Plumbing company and they did it for $99

Whoever said Meetze Plumbing was prompt and reasonably priced must have contacted someone else. I called early one morning and was told they couldn’t come until the next day. The tech started selling me on levels of service and agreements. I just want my sink unclogged. I was charged $360 for the plumbing snake to be run through the pipes. Took about 15 minutes. The tech spent more time doing paperwork than labor. I’m glad my kitchen sink is unclogged, but I feel $360 is a bit much. Next time, will call someone else.

I had a pipe blow on my hot water heater. I have no complaints with the work done or the men that came to my home. They were there for 1 1/2 hours but it only took 15 minutes to glue a pipe that had never been glued before. My bill was $422 with a $50 coupon already deducted. I felt this was high but was told that "You must have not had plumbing work done lately, that is the going price." From what I have learned from other plumbers and friends/co-worker who have had the same work done, I was over charged. Check the rates with other companies before committing to them doing your work.

Please do not use this plumbing company I paid them to come out and fix a washing machine leak that was overflowing onto my floor to my amazement it was not repaired the next morning when I use my washing machine called them back to come out and say that they have to charge me another fee to fix the same problem that I just paid $250 for less than 12 hours before management is not available to speak to me nor are they helping in the situation very very bad service Please be aware

Having to call a plumber out to fix my toilet again, it has been only eight months since metts plumbing fixed it the first time. Will not use or recommend them again.
