EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

My doctor wrote my script out to the wrong name today and the pharmacy worked diligently, despite the doctor's reluctance to cooperate, to get me home with my z-pack as soon as possible. It was a nightmare of an experience, but it was totally the doc's fault and Kroger pharm staff was friendly, empathetic, diligent and kept me informed so that during the fiasco, I knew what was happening every step of the way. Kroger pharmacy staff in their hurry to get me home with my meds accidentally wrote milliliters instead if teaspoons on my cough medicine. (The amount was much less than what was prescribed.) As soon as they realized their mistake, Cynthia called to apologize and correct the situation. All of the staff I dealt with were amazing today, unfortunately I only remember Cynthia's name. The fact that they will realize their mistake, call to apologize and make it right makes me an even more loyal Kroger shopper! Thank you for the excellent customer service!!!
