From time to time someone will ask how we came about naming our store. We began in Boozer Shopping Center in 1969 when Mr. Livingston purchased the jewelry store from Reinhart Dems, an amazing master goldsmith. Mr. Dems and his family were WWII concentration camp survivors who settled in Columbia SC. Mr. Livingston kept the Dems name to honor Reinhart Dems and his family. Dems Fine Jewelers has always been about family and helping generations of families with their jewelry needs. We are honored that many of our customers call Dems their "personal jeweler". This is my favorite jewelry store. They are locally owned and give back to the community in many ways. I love their jewelry and good service. Sometimes they're busy with other customers and I have to wait a few minutes, but I always get personal attention from their great staff.

Fun place to shop - nice!
