I would not recommend using Broadcom Security, they told me they could give me a great price but once they got on site to see my system. They told me I had to upgrade and it would cost more than they had advertised. I felt like the saleman Eric was pushy about putting in the system and was in a rush to get in and out of my home. I had three other companies look at my home and none of them were in a rush. Broadcom has a middle of the road price compared to ADT but my research showed most of them use an outside source for monitoring anyway. Broadcom isn't even held liabile because they are salesman and installers for a different company. I wouldn't recommend calling them unless you are wanting a fast talker-car-salesman type show up at your door.
