Just went through for the best wash and the rinse stuck, no one around to help! Still trying to call them but they do not answer!

Just went there. my car came out dirty I asked nicely if I could go through again. He said no its an Undercarriage wash. I plainly said I just paid 15.00 for you to wash and wax my undercarriage? he said yes. UNDERCARRIAGE WASH. THATS A NEW ONE.

Watch out if there is a problem. I used to go here all the time but on my last visit the wash stopped after depositing colored foam all over my car. I had to back out of the broken wash bay and wait for another bay and, of course, pay for a second wash ($14.00). Calls to the telephone number go unanswered and there is no answering machine. I sent them a letter with no response. Be forewarned. I will NEVER return to this ripoff!
