The first time I went to this salon was for a set of acrylic nails. No problem. I went back about a month later to have my nails done and have a pedicure. This was at 6:45. While I was having the pedicure another person began doing my nails right there at the pedi-chair. The person doing the pedi poked me several times with the nail clippers, as well as put a scalding hot towel across my feet. When she did that I began yelling and kicking my feet trying to fling the towel off. She just sat there looking at me instead of removing the towel. No apology; she behaved like nothing had happened. When my nails were finished I wasn't directed to a nail drier but had to sit in the pedi-chair while my nails air dried. After about 20 minutes I was told I could leave. My nails didn't cure and I have eight nails with the polish chipped. I couldn't go back the next but I did go back the day after that. I arrived at 7:30 only to find the salon closed. They advertise that they're open Monday through Saturday until 8:00. That's when I realized why two people were attending to me; it wasn't because they were busy but because they wanted to be sure to close right at 8:00. I'm going back this morning to have them fix the damage to my nails. I paid $50 with a $15 tip for this mess, and I won't be a bit surprised if they refuse to fix the damage. I'm giving them one star because a zero isn't an option.
