It was not an emergency situation and I was able to get same day service. Scott arrived on time (early) and was able to fix my deadbolt key-spinning issue within 2 minutes. He had extra parts with him but I lucked out and nothing was broken. Also had him check an issue with the door jam and he fixed that too by drilling out more room for the latch. Problems solved within 15 minutes, all for up-front price listed on the website. Nice guy, will use again and recommend to anyone needing a locksmith.

After having returned from a very long day in Chicago, I found that I was locked out of my house. I called All-Amercian Lock and Key. Within 30 minutes they arrived at my house and within 5 minutes I was inside. I would highly recommend All-American to anyone and will definitely use them again if needed.

I live in West Branch, the service was quick,affordable, & friendly. Was locked out of my vehicle, this was the only service that would answer the phone. Will use this company again if need be, will refer my friends to them.
