EmailIn July of 2000, Roy Hobbs organized the entity that was to become Doctor For Concrete. Mr. Hobbs is the founder and manager of Innovative Concrete Systems, LLC. He formulated a product that beautifies and replenishes both old and new concrete and that is two and a half times stronger than standard concrete cement. Mr. Hobbs covered his own steps with this new coating and when people saw the finished project, they were excited and wanted the product for their own use.
