Got my nails done at Perfect Nails in Inwood Wv on 7.5.22 , got into a car accident on 7.8.22 , all nails stayed intact. 10/10 recommend 🙏🏼

Disgusting filthy establishment. The woman gouged my natural nails so badly that I will have to pay to have them cut off and acrylic put on. there is not a clean tool or surface in the entire place. if you want disposable equipment you have to pay $1 more. there has to be a health code violation somewhere. manicurist cut herself, put nail glue on the cut, then grabbed my finger and stuck to me. their polish is out and outdated.

I arrived on time and was told, go pick out a color", which I did. I waited until 11:10, and a woman named Andy began to berate me, saying, "We are like a doctors office, you need to wait your turn". She used a hostile tone towards me in front of the other customers. When I rebutted that I had an appointment for 11am and had a family function to attend afterward, she became more aggressive and refused to give me an approximate wait time. She and her coworker Tony then asked ME to leave, although I was standing there quietly waiting to be served. I called the store to follow up with the owner, Tony answered and asked to take a message for the owner as they were unavailable. When I related my message and experience he then said he was the owner and said, "whatever" to me me and hung up on me. I called back a second time and Andy answered. Once again when I related my name and experience there she began screaming at me over the phone and hung up on me.

This is unacceptable. I called the store to follow up with the owner, Tony answered and asked to take a message for the owner as they were unavailable. When I related my message and experience he then said he was the owner and said, "whatever" to me me and hung up on me. I called back a second time and Andy answered. Again I asked to leave a message for the owner, she stated they were not there. Once again when I related my name and experience there she began screaming at me over the phone and hung up on me. Needless to say I was shocked. I can't believe this place remains in business considering how they treat people.

I have been going to Perfect Nails for over 3 years and have never had a bad experience. Tina, Andy and Emily all do a wonderful job.

I have went here three times. The first time, my nails lasted for three weeks with out chipping. The last two times, they've chipped terribly with in a day and they refused to make it right. Owner said That's fine when I told her that I wasn't coming back!!!

Andy does a really super job. I have been going there for a few years. Trustworthy and talented. Great customer service!
