I asked them to make a glass top for a desk that I had just painted. The person that I spoke with told me exactly how to measure for the angle that I needed on the corners and said that it should be done in a couple of days. She called me back that same afternoon to tell me that it was finished!

Not only does it fit perfectly, including the corner angle, but it adds a wonderful finished look to my desk.

I will definitely be doing business here again and I've already recommended them to a relative. Very knowledgeable, great customer service, and very reasonable prices.

Technician measured a bad window that I brought in. I informed him that this did not come out of my door, that I purchased it elsewhere. He measured 22 inches wide, I told him that my window was 20 inches wide. Attempted to install the glass only to find it was cut to 22 inches, not 20 as I had informed. Called and informed the office with nothing but I was the one at fault. She could not help me because her office manager was away and wouldn't be back for weeks.

Two service personnel from Mid-state Glass came to my home and replaced the rollers and locks on my very tall and heavy sliding glass doors. I am so impressed with their work ethics that I had to post comments. They even cleaned the glass doors before they left. I have never been so impressed with a company -- ever. What a fantastic company.
