JM's plumber started a fire in the wall of our house when using a blow torch on the outside wall. Not all of the damage was repaired. No response. We called JM Plumbers to repair a leaking "bib" faucet on the outside of the house. The plumber used a blow torch to install a new faucet. After he left, we smelled smoke and when entering our bedroom found smoke billowing from our built in vanity/sink area in the master bedroom. We ran to the back of the house and the house was on fire. Two fire trucks, an ambulance and an investigator were called. We have the investigators information. JM repaired outside damage, cleaned the carpet/smoke damage in our house, replaced the mirror that was damaged. A few months later, we noticed that the bottom of the built in vanity had collapsed from water damage due to the firemen housing down the vanity from inside the house. This was verified by the sub contractor used by JM Plumbers. I have his contact information. The owner refuses to answer our calls to repair this damage. We simply want repairs/replacement so that our house is in the condition it was in before the fire.
