Refused to help an emergency walk in. Let my cat die because we didn't have an appointment. Maybe they should spend less time on the cutsie flowers out front and more time on empathy.

I can't say enough about this place. They are reasonably priced, clean and nice and friendly. Here's the surprise: They sent me flowers!!! When I had to put my animal down, they sent me flowers!!! I'm no one special to them, it must just be their policy to do so. What a great place. See why I'm so touched that I'd find a place to review them? I'm sure you'd like them too.
