Fixed my washer, called when on the way and arrived early. =)

I am the Owner Operator of AA Home Services and this issue only happened once in 11 years, and I was in constant communication with the customer, all day. I just had a supper busy day in other counties and couldn't get to him as soon as I had hoped. I now have a tech. In Belleview, to solve this issue. I service: DUNNELLON, MORRISTON, WILLISTON, BRONSON, REDICK, OCALA, BELLEVIEW, SUMMERFIELD, WILDWOOD, INVERNESS, FLORAL CITY, HOMOSASSA, CRYSTAL RIVER, INGLIS, LADY LAKE AND THE VILLAGES. I AM APPRENTICING A WOMAN AT THIS TIME, SO THERES MORE HELP TO COME!I am well liked by my customers, and they call me back, and refer their friends to me when their appliances need repair.:)

Don't waste your time. The worst customer service I've had in a while. Four days to return the initial phone call, then called 20 minutes before the appointment to change the time. I waited 4 hours at home for nothing.
