I had a very pleasant experience dealing with plasteel corp. I received an item which was broken. all I had was to email plasteel, and with in four days I had not only one replacement but two. There were no questions asked.

I have placed two orders with plaseel. Each order was received as ordered .And I plan to place all my orders for my styrofoam needs with this great company.
