I would give them 0 stars but unfortunately I have to give it A star. After changing my insurance from liability to full coverage, the little girl told me they were charging me $235.00, $100.00 for making the changes and $134.00 for my monthly insurance charge and that I was covered for a full month (4 weeks). After 3 days of paying $235, I get a bill saying I owed $242.00 and that I had to pay within those 2 weeks or else my insurance would be cancelled. This was ridiculous!! I changed insurance companies that was a must! I went to there office 2 time and both times I never got an apology in fact somehow it was ALL my fault. There service suck and they don't care about how much we struggle or how much we can afford to pay in car insurance, it's all about them!! $477 for car insurance in 1 month HAHAHAHA Rip offs, I emailed corporate and I guess there email doesn't work either, just like them..

After some damages to our auto/home from mothernature (Hail) related. Treated somewhat fast and understood what was going to happen next.The only claim we ever filed and sure were pleased that we are insured with Adriana's. They made everything so much more easier. Thanks so much
