Billy and Theresa were amazing! As a single mom coming home to my sewer being backed up had me in a panick. Theresa was awesome to helpe calm down and sent Billy over right away! Great company! Even went above and beyond to ask why my a/c wasn't on and I explained that was broken as well Billy offered to send me quote! I highly recommend them!

Hi, I'm Pamela. We had a bad leak from our water heater, and we were having some serious flooding issues. My husband picked up an advertisement at the Roost in Lake Villa.. I called ATR and spoke to Theresa, she was lovely, and soon we met Billy, who brought us a new water heater, and took away the old one. He worked very hard as we had a very uncooperative heater. Now we are all set. He changed his schedule to fit us in! We're gonna have him back to work on the bathroom! We know he will work hard and solve the problems of a really OLD house. What a blessing!

We are very happy with the service we received from ATR plumbing. We recently had a plumbing project that proved to be a bigger job than expected with several complications. ATR was outstanding on how they handled the increased scope, etc. I think the best measure of the quality of a service provider is how they handle adversity. The icing on the cake was the professionalism and friendly demeanor they maintained throughout the whole process. Thanks again!

ATR Plumbing has done several projects for us in the past few years, and all of them were done very well. Billy and Theresa are the owners; Billy is the plumber and Theresa the office manager. Both of them could not be any more pleasant or helpful. The work is excellent, the prices are fair and they are prompt and very courteous, professional and honest. Billy's assistants are all top-notch, too. We would not even consider using any other plumbing or HVAC contractor. Work completed includes re-piping, new faucets and outdoor sillcocks, sewer inspection and rodding, dishwasher plumbing and installation and more.

My sump pump broke and I was given the Co. ATR. As soon as I heard Theresa's pleasant voice I felt I called the right company. Matt was here in a few days and replaced the pump, explained everything to me(took off his shoes on caroeting and was so cheerful and neat. A few weeks later the other pump broke, Matt was here the same day ,and after a short while a new pump was in. It has been such a pleasure dealing with this company and these people. I would not hesitate to reccommend them to Family and Friends. Keep up the good work

Billy is the owner & the main plumber; Matt is his assistant. And Theresa, Billy's wife, always answers the phone and assesses the need and gets Billy out there ASAP. They are the real deal. A family business of hard-working, honest people. They DO NOT rip you off and are always kind, courteous and professional. They get right to work and do the job. And then they charge you a reasonable fee. A rare find in Chicagoland.

Waking up in the morning with a fever and a sore throat, it seemed my morning couldn't get any worse until my shower spout broke before my doctors appointment. Finding ATR on dex was truly a blessing. Theresa worked with me around my doctors appointment and my errands to purchase new shower parts and somehow scheduled Billy to show up just mere hours after my original inquiry. Upon arriving they were polite and worked diligently. The job was done before I could even find anything interesting to do to pass the time, and the final cost can't be beat for the prompt attention and service they provided.Thanks for making my day easier folks!

These people were on time to come for the estimate. No sales pressures. Gave us options. They were on time when they came for the job (sump pump replacement). Had a three man crew that were all friendly & professional. They were very efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. The office people were the same.

Great Company to deal with! I use them personally and for commercial installs and repairs. They are courtious, prompt and affordable.

They are the best!! On time, professional, great prices!! My furnace was broke and they came out right away and got our heat working again!! I also had a plumbing problem with my bath/shower, again, fixed it right away, they were on time and very profesional and nice while in my home. I always refer them.

I called ATR Plumbing when our furnace went out, they came out 7:00am, got our heat running for us right away. They were on time and very professional. I also called them about a plumbing problem in my tub/shower and the same results, prompt, on time and profesional. I refer them all the time!!

Just a quick note to say that ATR came in and replaced my furnance and installed a battery back up sump pump system - I originally called them in as my toilets were running and I was very happy with the service they provided.



Happy to confirm that on both large and small jobs they were polite, punctual and most importantly demonstrated that they knew what they were doing.

ATR Plumbing did a FANTASTIC job with our kitchen faucet and battery back-up for our sump pump. Not only were they prompt, proficient and friendly, they were also VERY AFFORDABLE! Billy and his staff demonstrated extensive knowledge for all our plumbing needs; and Theresa (in their office) makes it a joy to work with ATR.I will definitely recommend ATR to my family, friends and neighbors for all of their plumbling and HVAC requirements.

Very nice people to work with. They came out to my house the same day I called and had my air conditioner back to working order quickly.

I have had many issues since moving into my home, from flooding to a water heater going down, etc. ATR plumbing has always been there in minutes after my call to solve my problem with great service and with great care. From experience, it is not always the case with other companies to provide great service, leave the job site clean, and who are responsive to anything that their customers need! This is always the case with ATR. Their service is second to none and I would never call anyone else!

WONDERFUL SERVICE! We had ATR Plumbing & HVAC do work for us about 6 or 7 years ago and have been happy ever since. We use them all the time & have given the business cards out so much all the time that I've had to call the company a few different times just to get more cards to hand out. Great people to work with Billy really knows his stuff and they are very fair & honest. They come right away and Billy is never too busy to really explain all the things that we question so that we are sure to understand. I wish we could adopt him I guess we did that already. you'll be happy you called ATR Plumbing & HVAC!
