I was very pleased by the friendly staff at the front desk. The locker rooms were very nice, with towel service, showers (clean!), steam room, hair dryers, etc. The cardio and fitness machines were just what I was looking for; Lifefitness, Hammer Strength, and Icarian. Nice size group fitness room with a variety of fitness classes. The personal trainers were friendly and approachable, as was the group fitness instructors. Wonderful environment, very comfortable, not a "meat market". Highly recommend it!

I have been a member since 2002. I want to say that the staff has always been very personable to me, knowing my name is one thing, but they are always cleaning, asking me if I need anything. I would not have stayed this long if it was not for the staff and clean facilities. The Locker rooms do not smell like locker rooms and the Steam Room is awesome. I even took my first group fitness class after several yeasr of encouragement I gave in and loved it. I recently had a Dr's visist and he could not believe that I was down 15 pounds and my cholesterol has dropped! Keep it up AFC!!!
