Horrible horrible horrible experience. Called Bob Griff after he did some tree work for a neighbor. Good, prompt service, decent price. A few years later (2022) got a bid from Griff. It was very high but he assured us the work would be done quickly, safely and with minimal impact to our yard and fence. He failed in all of those categories. Plenty of excuses regarding equipment, crew, heat. They never showed up when they said they would, most of the conditions and attempts at removing our ash tree were dangerous, and they asked for money early and often. We were naive to trust Bob, pay him the balance as clean up was continuing, yet as soon as the money was in hand they disappeared. Have left garbage, logs, huge tree crown, ladders, etc. Do Not Do Business With Griff. Not sure what happened. Sad really.
