David called me at 8:30 pm on a sunday night requesting to come the following afternoon, a day earlier than I requested, because it fit HIS schedule better. I informed him that I didn't feel I would be ready for him and he stated that he would not negatively appraise me for things I could have completed with my extra day. I also informed him we had added a second story. He showed up the following afternoon with comps to one story bungalows similar to the original house. He had formed his opinion on the appraisal before he left, ignored comps I sent him upon his request and gave me a lower rating than I received from other professionals. I will be certain not to deal with Mr. Woods in the future. I hesitate to call friends at 8:30 at night.
