Worst customer service I have ever encountered. They tore a button off of a dress shirt which tore the shirt as well but didn't acknowledge it. After I pointed it out, they indicated someone would call...same story you will hear from many many others They never call...when I called them to ask for some acknowledgement (I didn't expect a new shirt or anything close as it was an old shirt) I was told they would get back to me again and again. This went on for 5 months. Finally they called and had decided the shirt was too old for them to have any responsibility for it. Stay away folks! I'm just the latest to deal with this horrible service and zero accountability.
