I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. I had completed a marathon and found Ed on Angie's List to have the bib, picture and medal framed. Ed struck a great balance between offering his expertise without designing everything for me. Despite having several customers in the store he did not rush me in the slightest.



The pricing was more than fair - it was very comparable if not better than the 50% off prices that you find at some of the large national retailers.



The quality was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail when I picked it up. It looked great, but also had some small touches that I appreciated. For example, he had taped a small bag to the hanging line on the back with a nail and metal hanger to hang the frame. He also was nice enough to send a picture message over when the frame was done to let me know it was ready.



Ed takes pride in his work and understands what it means to have great customer service. I will be Picture This Framing for me framing needs in the future.
