Provided by YP.comI had my carpets cleaned 5/16/09 , I had all the rooms cleans and treated for stains at the time they offered me a maintance agreement, they told me I could have 2 more visits as i just had, sounded great to me. I called for my carpets to be cleaned as I had done before telling them I had the maintance agreement. They said no problem and came out, once they got there they tried to charge me for stain resistant treament, I told them i had the agreement but they said it didnt cover that and wanted another $85. I called the service people and they were rude saying I should have read the agreement and not listen to our people! I will NEVER EVER use sears again, they did a bait and switch to get you to purchase their agreement and change their tune when you try to cash in, BEWARE
dweile, I am so sorry to hear of your experience with Sears in 5/09. I sincerely apologize for any miscommunication on the part of the Sears family. Our maintenance agreements are a great way to maintain clean beautiful carpets with regular scheduled cleanings, plus you get a great savings as well. The maintenance agreement does only cover the cleanings that were initially on the agreement, and any additional areas would be an additional cost. We are now under new management and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to earn back your business with great customer service and quality cleaning services from our professionally trained Sears technicians.
